A route that worked.
Custom 110V equipment and freight support shaped around the customer's destination.
After seeing our video, the owner of a party and event company visited us in China. It was his first time buying from China, and he did not have a freight forwarder. The equipment was made to the requested 110V specification.
Finding a delivery route became the biggest challenge. Several forwarders were unwilling to handle the shipment because of the customs-clearance difficulties. One proposed route cleared through the United States, then sent the goods more than 2,300 km onward. The shipment had already been held for over half a month.

We compared options with dozens of freight companies, visited shortlisted companies at their operating locations, and checked the route, cost and delivery arrangements before selecting a suitable forwarder.
